John Q.

John Q. has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. John started their career at Sprint PCS in 2000, where they served as the Director of Switch Engineering and Capacity Planning. From there, they moved on to Sprint in 2004, taking on the role of Director of the National Technical Assistance Center until 2009. In 2009, they joined Time Warner Cable as the Area Vice President for Albany, NY, and later became the Regional Vice President of Operations and Sales for NYC-NJ until 2016, when they joined Spectrum. At Spectrum, they served as the Regional Vice President of Field Operations. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Charter Communications as the Senior Vice President of Field Operations.

John Q. earned their MBA from Rockhurst University in 2009. In 2014, they completed the CTAM Cable Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School. Additionally, in 2012, they participated in the SCTE Executive Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
