Lisa Schwerdtfeger is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Project Lead for Change Management at Speira since June 2021. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products GmbH, including Project Lead for Change Management and Country Lead for SAP SF Implementation, alongside serving as HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Specialist. Experience also includes a role as Recruiter for REWE Group, and progressive positions in talent acquisition at Johnson & Johnson. Lisa's early career involved an internship in HR at Toshiba Tec Imaging Systems. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the European University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor's degree in Product and Innovation Management from the same institution, and an IHK certification in Labor Law from eo ipso. Additionally, Lisa completed an exchange semester in Human Resources and Marketing at California State University, Los Angeles.
