Clint Richins, MBA, MA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in management, sales, and business development. Currently serving as Group Branch Manager at Spencer Fluid Power since June 2016, Clint oversees multiple branch operations, focusing on profit and loss, budgeting, personnel management, and operational analysis. Prior experience includes roles as Business Manager and Sales and Business Development Manager at Hiddleston Drilling and Pump/Renewable Energy Resources, where Clint developed comprehensive business and marketing plans. Additionally, Clint has held positions as Commercial Loan Coordinator at Washington Mutual Commercial Bank and Zone Manager at Ford Motor Company, contributing to financial analysis and dealership oversight. Clint holds an MBA in International Management and an MA in Latin American Studies from UNM Anderson School of Management and The University of New Mexico, along with dual bachelor's degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and Agricultural Business and Management from Utah State University.

In 2006, a significant investment was made in the Billings, MT location to upgrade our repair capabilities for large cylinders. A focus on environmentally safe conditions led to the installation of an HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel) system to chrome cylinder rods and replaces the tradition electrolyte process used in the past. This is one example of how Spencer Fluid Power is constantly looking for new ideas to improve our performance and better serve our customers.
