Sara Berman

Sara Berman is a seasoned professional specializing in sustainability and fleet electrification. Currently serving as Principal Fleet Electrification at EcoLogix Group, Inc. since April 2023, Sara supports clients in achieving 100% fleet electrification through grant management and comprehensive consulting services. Additionally, as EVsmart Grid Manager at Spencer Ogden since February 2023, Sara manages utility customer engagement. Sara holds leadership roles on the Market Leadership Advisory Board for USGBC Maryland, including Board Chair. Previous roles include EV Product Manager at Redaptive, Inc., Sustainability Developer for Yard Truck Electrification at IKEA Group, and Environmental Planner at Straughan Environmental, Inc. Sara earned a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound.
