Kristen has been a physical therapist in the Bay Area for 30 plus years. After graduating from ASU with a BA degree in Recreation Therapy with an emphasis in Special Populations she pursued a second degree at UCSF graduating with a BS in Physical Therapy. Her love of movement, human development, and her playful spirit, led her directly into pediatrics. Kristen has worked in early intervention and in school systems and outpatient clinics before opening a private practice treating infants through adults. Developing handling skills and using a wide range of manual therapies has been at the forefront of her work with postgraduate studies in traditional and alternative approaches, equipment design and adaptation, casting, and pediatric kinesiology taping. Kristen is a strong leader and mentor sharing her knowledge of therapeutic intervention and the role of physical therapy across a variety of settings. She is currently providing clinical support and supervision to Pediatric PTs throughout the Bay Area. Kristen is a member of the APTA Pediatric section, Association of Pediatric Therapists, and International Alliance of Healthcare Practitioners.

What began as a single SLP in 1991, SPG has grown into one of the largest and most respected multidisciplinary providers in California, offering services in speech-language, behavior, occupational and physical therapy, and school psychology.
