Shubham Bairagi is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in aviation, education, and coordination. Currently serving as a Pilot at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation since January 2023, Shubham also holds a position as an Artist Coordinator with SPIC MACAY since April 2016. Previously, Shubham was an English Lecturer at Government Polytechnic College Chittorgarh, imparting knowledge in English Literature and Communication Skills to engineering undergraduates from August 2018 to July 2023. In addition to these roles, Shubham was employed as an Assistant Assembly Level Master Trainer for the Election Commission of India during the Lok Sabha Elections in early 2019. Shubham's early career included valuable experiences as a Flight Cadet with the Indian Air Force and the National Cadet Corps, receiving prestigious awards such as the Defence Minister's Medal for gallantry. Shubham's education credentials include a Licentiate degree from Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, a Master's in English Literature, and a Bachelor's in Sociology, History, and Political Science, among various other qualifications.

The Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth (SPIC MACAY) is a voluntary youth movement which promotes intangible aspects of Indian cultural heritage by promoting Indian classical music, classical dance, folk music, yoga, meditation, crafts and other aspects of Indian culture; it is a movement with chapters in over 300 towns all over the world.SPIC MACAY was established by Dr. Kiran Seth in 1977 at IIT Delhi.
