Prashant Mishra

Prashant Mishra is a legal professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Head of Legal for Apex Group Ltd (India Branch) since January 2024, Prashant previously held the position of Head of Legal and Regulatory at Spice Money from March 2010 to April 2024. In this role, Prashant managed contract management, regulatory compliance, litigation, and corporate legal matters. Prior to this, Prashant worked as a Manager at Tata Teleservices Ltd from September 2007 to March 2010, where responsibilities included handling legal cases, drafting agreements, conducting legal due diligence, and managing statutory compliance. Prashant holds an LLB from the Delhi School of Economics, obtained between June 1997 and August 2000.
