Erik Matz

Erik Matz is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Spin Master since March 2025. Prior to this role, Matz was the Head of Talent & HR Business Partner at Melissa & Doug from April 2019 to February 2025, following the acquisition by Spin Master. Previous positions include Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion at Henkel, and Head of Talent Acquisition at Nestlé Waters North America. Matz also held senior roles at ADP, where responsibilities included leading global talent acquisition efforts, and at TEKsystems, focusing on business development and operational management. Matz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Delaware.
