Rashod Smith is a Senior Project Scientist at SPL since August 2023, responsible for planning and directing lab projects, ensuring quality and timely deliverables, and providing expert guidance on testing and project collaboration. Prior to SPL, Rashod served as an Application Scientist and Senior Chemist at Clariant from September 2014 to August 2023, focusing on flow assurance and technology development, as well as conducting laboratory experiments and providing technical support to stakeholders. Rashod's career began as a Xenotransplant Lab Assistant at Indiana University School of Medicine from August 2012 to July 2014. Rashod holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Indiana University Indianapolis, obtained in 2014.
