Isabella Cartwright is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Spontly since May 2015, Isabella is responsible for sourcing talent and developing effective recruitment strategies for the Technology, Design, Marketing, and Community Engagement departments. Previously, Isabella worked as an In-house Recruiter at Hewlett-Packard, managing the recruiting process for Technology, Marketing, and Sales roles, and as a Talent Sourcer at Microsoft, focusing on attracting a diverse talent pool in Europe. Isabella began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, partnering candidates with clients in both the public and private sectors. Isabella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management from Durham University.
