Mia Pesic is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at Sport Time Group since March 2020, Mia oversees HR strategies for the exclusive NIKE distributor in the Balkans. Prior to this, Mia held significant positions at Deloitte Serbia as the Head of HR, where responsibilities included implementing HR strategy across multiple regions and developing talent management solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Chair and Vice Chair of the HR Forum at AmCham Serbia, HR Business Partner at Beohemija, and roles in talent development and recruitment at Alcatel-Lucent HQ and WANNABE LLC. Mia holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade.
