Luciana Safdie began their career in 2014 as a Relationship Manager - Corporate & Investment Banking and an AML Ops Analyst at Citi. In 2018, they joined Wolox as the COO, where they worked alongside the CEO and Executive Team on global strategic planning and was responsible for developing and implementing tactics to achieve desired results. Luciana was also in charge of the company's revenue and capacity management, as well as the efficient distribution of company resources and operational P&L. In 2021, Luciana Safdie joined Spot Meetings as the Chief Of Staff, where their main responsibilities included working with the Executive Team to reach the best possible outcomes for the company, as well as leading and co-leading strategic projects.
