Sarah Ekstrom is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources and people management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at SpotOn since April 2024, Sarah has previously held leadership roles, including Chief People Officer at Tubi and HR Leader for Prime Video at Amazon. Additional experience includes positions as People & Culture Director at Rational Interaction and Sr. HR Leader at Zillow, along with significant roles at Amazon and SimplexGrinnell. Sarah's early career includes a position as Regional HR Director at The HEINEKEN Company. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from both Illinois State University and Eastern Illinois University.
