Kristin Gebers

Kristin Gebers is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades of experience in HRIS and payroll management. Currently serving as Manager of HRIS & Payroll at Sprague Operating Resources LLC since March 2001, Kristin has successfully implemented systems such as JDE and Ultimate Software. Responsibilities have included configuring and documenting various HR modules, managing full life-cycle recruiting for multiple locations, and overseeing payroll and HRIS functions since the start of tenure. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager for Mountain Village Metropolitan District, where Kristin managed HR and payroll for a quasi-governmental entity. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic University.
