Nikoloz Chomakhidze

Nikoloz Chomakhidze has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Nikoloz is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Spribe, where they previously held the role of General Counsel. Prior to this, they worked at PwC Georgia as a Manager in the Legal Practice, and before that, as a Senior Associate. Nikoloz also gained valuable experience at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Regulatory Affairs Manager and Legal Manager. Additionally, Nikoloz has worked at Deloitte as a Legal Associate, at BDO Georgia as a Legal Assistant, and at Roedl & Partner as a Legal Assistant.

Nikoloz Chomakhidze earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Tbilisi State University in 2011, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the same university in 2013. Nikoloz also pursued further education at the University of Cologne, earning another Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in 2012 with a specialization in Law. In 2018, they obtained certification as a Member of the Georgian Bar Association.
