Leonard Monichi is a seasoned professional in the field of CGI and motion graphics, currently serving as the Global Head of 3D & Motion Department at SPRING PRODUCTION since November 2017. In this role, Leonard oversees a team of over 50 artists, enhancing and implementing processes for a variety of CGI projects while managing departmental growth from 5 to more than 50 personnel. Prior experience includes freelancing in CGI where Leonard managed post-production for video and TVC projects, along with significant contributions at Digipost Asia as a Compositor & Look Development Artist, and earlier roles at Stardust Imaging and Ironbelly Studios. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Interactive Entertainment from SAE Institute Singapore and a Bachelor of Design and Art from Free University of Bolzen-Bolzano, emphasizing a strong foundation in design and art principles.
