Iras Naga, CSP, PSPO1, possesses extensive experience in product management and leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Lead Product Manager at Sprout Solutions since August 2021, Iras manages the core product portfolio and leads a team of Product Managers in driving product excellence and achieving strategic goals. Previously, Iras held key roles at Home Credit Philippines, including Senior Team Lead and Product Owner, where focus was placed on product ownership within the Risk Department, and Senior Product Manager, leading core product teams. Early career experience includes roles as Payments Auditor at William Hill and Paragon ICC, specializing in identifying high-risk transactions and fraud prevention. Iras holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Mindanao State University.
