Alli Grove is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and revenue enablement. Currently serving as Revenue Enablement Manager for Customer Success at Sprout Social, Inc. since April 2018, Alli has held several key roles, including Senior Customer Success Enablement Strategist and Principal Strategic Customer Success Manager, earning accolades such as the Q1 2021 Success Value Award and the 2020 President's Club Award. Prior to that, Alli worked at IBM from June 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included a focus on sales enablement for IBM Cloud Brokerage Services as well as participation in the Summit Program, which provided in-depth training on IBM technology.
