Graham Cooke

Graham and wife Narelle live approximately 5 kilometers north of Jondaryan operating a mixed grain and grazing property in conjunction with their eldest son and his family. His family has been in the district for more than 140 years.

Graham has been involved with Landcare Groups and Associations for more than 20 years, including current roles as Chair of the North East Downs Landcare Group, and committee member of both South Myall Landcare Group and Condamine Catchment Association.

Graham is actively involved with several other community groups including the local Hall Committee, Local Disaster Management Group, Anglican Parish Warden, Show Society Winter Crop competition, Community Reference for New Acland Coal, Landcare member on the Toowoomba Regional Council Biosecurity Committee, and Lions Youth of the Year through executive and coordinator roles.

Graham also remains an active member of the Rural Fire division with the Queensland Fire and Emergency Service.
