Sivan Gompers is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, strategy, and investment within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Strategy and Chief of Staff at Squared Circles, Sivan is involved in building sustainable consumer packaged goods companies. As a founding partner of Algae Cooking Club and Freaks of Nature, Sivan contributes to innovative culinary and skincare products aimed at specific consumer needs. Previously, Sivan held positions at L Catterton as a Senior Associate and at Siddhi Capital as an MBA Senior Associate, alongside involvement in nonprofits like the Women on Boards Project. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard University in Social Anthropology and Human Evolutionary Biology.
