SquareFoot is looking for an Office Manager for our New York City office. The ideal candidate for this role will make sure team members are comfortable, visitors are greeted, the office is stocked, proper COVID-19 protocol is followed, You will execute a broad range of office duties in a fast-paced, startup environment, driving procedures as well as positively influencing our company culture.

Your role is critical as you will create and maintain an excellent work environment, ensuring high levels of organization, efficiency, and team member satisfaction. We are seeking an energetic professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, and who can provide a wide range of administrative support with minimal supervision. Our ideal candidate will be a well-organized, flexible, motivated, and positive person who enjoys the opportunity to make a difference in every team members' office experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Day to day tasks in the office
  • Administrative tasks and support
  • Plan and coordinate delivery and shipment for all office and snack supplies
  • Organize and oversee shipping accounts for office deliveries and mail
  • Serve as main point of contact for building health and safety requirements (with support from the People/HR team)
  • Partner with building maintenance and security and other third parties, including cleaning, HVAC, IT and other facilities vendors, to ensure the office is running smoothly
  • Work closely with The People team, Assist with recruiting scheduling
  • Meeting and Greeting employees from different Offices
  • Organizing regular SquareFoot team bonding activities, and Lunches.

  • Is intellectually curious, takes pride in ownership, and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile
