Tom Conroy

Tom Conroy is an experienced engineering leader with a comprehensive background in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Engineering Team Manager for the Activation Team at Squarespace since December 2018, Tom operationally oversees full-stack projects while also having held leadership roles as Senior Engineer II and Senior Engineer I, where duties included team management and aligning project goals with company objectives. Prior to Squarespace, Tom gained experience as a Front End Engineer at Reserve and as a Lead Mobile Web Developer at Forbes, focusing on emerging mobile web products. A versatile developer with earlier roles in freelance programming and roles at educational institutions, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in New Media Interactive Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
