Sonia Potter

Sonia Potter is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Global Head of People & Culture at Squiz since March 2022, where responsibility includes leading the global People & Culture function and advising People Leaders on strategic and operational matters. Prior to this role, Sonia held positions such as Head of People & Culture at Hubify Limited and AKQA Media, as well as Executive People & Development Director at Ikon Communications, where Sonia developed a national strategic framework for HR. With extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and cultural initiatives, Sonia holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Development and Organisational Development from Western Sydney University.
