Michael Wright has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Michael is currently the Director of Business Development at SR Technics Group. Prior to this, they had a long career at Pratt & Whitney, where they held various roles including Program Manager, Director - Japan ME Programs, Program General Manager - PW1200G, and General Manager - Engineering (Eagle Services - Asia). Michael also worked as the Deputy Validation Manager for the GP7200 and PW6000 engines, as well as a Validation Engineer, where they were involved in the development, validation, and troubleshooting of engine models. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Pratt & Whitney Japan K.K., Pratt & Whitney M Japan KK, and Pratt & Whitney PurePower Engine Distribution Co. Ltd. Michael started their career at Cummins Engine Company as a Co-op Engineer.
Michael Wright earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 1989. Michael later pursued a Master's degree in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2002.
