Soo Kyung Kim is an accomplished academic and researcher with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and computational science. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Ewha Womans University in the Department of AI, Soo Kyung Kim specializes in AI applications for climate science, material science, and drug discovery. Concurrently, Soo Kyung Kim holds positions as a Senior Computer Scientist at SRI International and as a Senior AI/ML Research Scientist at PARC, a Xerox Company. Previous roles include Machine Learning Researcher at ATOM, Computational Scientist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and various internships focusing on quantum simulations and materials analysis. Soo Kyung Kim earned both a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Computational Materials Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
