Travis Kight has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Travis has recently worked as the Chief Operating Officer at SSA Group since August 2020. Prior to this, Travis held various leadership roles at Service Systems Associates, including Chief Culinary Officer and Chief Executive Chef. In these positions, they led a culinary team and was responsible for menu development, cost management, and new account development. Travis also worked at Sodexo as a General Manager and Regional Chef, where they oversaw food and beverage operations and achieved significant improvements in guest experience and sales. Overall, Travis has a strong background in culinary management and has demonstrated expertise in enhancing operations and delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences.
Travis Kight obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts-Pittsburgh. Travis completed this program from 1998 to 1999.
