Mianda Stark

Mianda Stark is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Developer and Talent Coordinator at SSAB, focusing on global recruitment, mobility services, and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives within the Special Steels division. Previously, Mianda worked as a Destination Consultant at Alfa, managing the relocation of over 500 expatriates to Sweden, and as a Recruitment Administrative Assistant at EVRY Sverige, supporting the Graduate Program recruitment process. Additionally, Mianda founded Zoflair, providing entrepreneurship training for young women, and held roles in teaching and program development in various educational settings. Mianda holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, an Honours Degree in Human Resources, and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from North-West University.
