Rashi Jain

Rashi Jain is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in partnering with diverse business teams across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at SS&C Technologies since June 2024, Rashi collaborates with Private Equity and Real Assets business groups. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Intralinks, supporting sales and marketing teams across North America and LATAM, and as a Human Resources Manager at Genpact, where Rashi was recognized as Global Top Talent and graduated from the GOLD Program. Rashi's career began at The Coca-Cola Company as a Human Resources Team Leader, managing HR operations for a Commercial Sales business unit overseeing 500 associates. Rashi holds an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School and a BA in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan.
