Donal Gormley is an experienced professional in land management and project development within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Lead Land Manager for SSE Renewables since April 2010, Gormley oversees the Estates team, focusing on land-related activities such as lease agreements and land security for both onshore and offshore projects. Prior to this role, Gormley worked as a Northern Ireland Project Developer at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, where responsibilities included advising on countryside management and teaching rural countryside management. Gormley holds a Master of Science in Applied Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Agriculture with Honours from Queens University Belfast.
