Alicja Rota

Alicja Rota is currently serving as the Vice President, Internal Audit & Risk at SSR Mining Inc. Alicja has extensive experience in internal audit and risk management, having held various roles at companies such as Stantec, MWH (now part of Stantec), Crocs, and Protiviti.

Throughout their career, Alicja has been involved in developing internal audit functions, conducting risk assessments, creating audit plans, and working on internal controls over financial reporting. Alicja holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on finance, operations management, and international business.
