Kimberly Hebert

Kimberly Hebert is an experienced educator currently serving as a High School Teacher at St. Bernard Parish Public Schools since August 2022, where responsibilities include instructing US History and Law Studies classes. Prior to this role, Kimberly taught a variety of Social Studies courses at Jefferson Parish Public School System from November 2014 to July 2022, while also sponsoring the Student Council Junior Class. Kimberly began their teaching career as a Teaching Artist with Community Works of New Orleans, where art-integrated ELA classes were taught to elementary students. Additional teaching experience includes working with Young Audiences of Louisiana in various afterschool programs. Kimberly's early career involved roles in sound production and media at The Building Studios and LSU Student Media. Kimberly holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Louisiana State University.
