Laura Martinez Lozano

Laura Martinez Lozano is a seasoned finance and business educator with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Finance and Business Professor at UANL since August 2011, Laura specializes in International Financial Management and fosters critical thinking through real case scenario analysis. Additionally, Laura has been a High School Teacher at UdeM since July 2008, where instruction includes Computers, Math, and English, emphasizing teamwork and effective communication. Prior roles include a Sourcing Analyst at Axtel, where investment analysis for technology projects was conducted, and a Sales Effectiveness Analyst at GE Consumer Finance, focused on P&L analysis and sales trend measurement. Laura began a career in finance as a Finance Co-Op at GE Transportation, contributing to currency determination and financial reporting. Laura holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
