Norman Joyner

Norman Joyner is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in platform infrastructure and reliability. Currently serving as the Senior Software Engineering Manager at Stack AV, Norman oversees the Platform Infrastructure Engineering & Reliability department, which includes teams for Cloud Platform, Compute Platform, Service Infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering. Previous roles include Technical Advisor at Outerbase and Senior Software Engineering Manager at Latitude AI and Argo AI, where Norman contributed to advancements in self-driving technology through the development of cloud platforms and site reliability engineering. Norman co-founded Containership, Inc., innovating in container orchestration with the creation of the Containership Kubernetes Engine. Additional experience includes significant roles at Branding Brand, Screaming Data, and 3 Rivers Connect, where Norman focused on infrastructure redesign, cache improvements, and software development. Norman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences with a concentration in Network Security from the University of Pittsburgh.
