Kathryn La Chapelle is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management. Since March 2019, Kathryn has been managing the DART Major On-Call construction work at Stacy Witbeck, where the team specializes in civil, facilities, and systems projects. Prior roles at Stacy Witbeck included project engineer and lead engineer for the Ogden/WSU BRT project, as well as field engineer on the Pikes Peak Cog Railway Reconstruction. Previously, Kathryn served as a risk specialist at Skanska, developing risk management processes and best practices, and held positions in project controls and engineering, contributing to major projects like the North Coast Corridor and Expo II light rail. Kathryn began a career in project engineering as an intern at Morley Builders while earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
