Sebabatso Mtimkulu is a seasoned professional in User Experience Design with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Experience Design Manager for Transactional Banking Products at Standard Bank Group since September 2020, Sebabatso leads a team focused on enhancing high-volume transactional journeys. Previously, Sebabatso managed Design Operations group-wide and held significant positions at Vodacom and Standard Bank, fostering design innovation and supporting business objectives. As the Founder of Joy to Use Pty (Ltd), a UX consultancy, Sebabatso connects companies with exceptional design talent. With a strong educational foundation, including a Master's in Information Technology with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction, Sebabatso combines strategic leadership with user-centered design principles to drive impactful design outcomes.
