Yuan Lew

Yuan Lew currently serves as the Director of the Project Management Office (Global EPMO) at Standard BioTools, where responsibilities include building the first PMO within the global company and program management for the mass cytometry franchise. Key achievements include creating a prioritization matrix for project management, standardizing processes, and leading a team responsible for multiple successful product launches. Previously, Yuan held positions at Ontario Centres of Excellence, University Health Network, and various other organizations, focusing on business development, technology transfer, and investment analysis. Education includes an MBA and multiple degrees in the fields of medicine and biochemistry from Memorial University, along with a certificate in project management from the University of Toronto.
