David Childers is a seasoned educational leader and consultant with extensive experience in human resources, curriculum development, and leadership training. Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for the Dos Palos Oro Loma Joint Unified School District, Childers oversees HR functions for multiple sites and a large student population. Additionally, as a Guest Lecturer at California State University, Fresno, and California State University, Stanislaus, Childers teaches courses in educational technology and business communication. With a background that includes roles as CEO of Level 33 Consulting, Director of Title V Programs at Fresno City College, and Principal at McSwain School, Childers has made significant contributions to educational initiatives and leadership development. A graduate of California State University, Fresno, with a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction, Childers combines practical experience with a strong educational foundation to enhance student and faculty success in various academic settings.
