Jason Trujillo serves as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., focusing on sustainable performance and continuous improvement in global manufacturing and supply chain operations. With a robust background, Jason has previously held key roles such as Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing, where the emphasis was on automation and optimizing manufacturing capabilities, and Vice President of Performance Resiliency & Transformation, which involved architecting enterprise solutions. Prior experience at IBM included leadership in learning and development solutions, while at Intel, Jason managed leadership programs, including executive talent management and corporate strategy development.
