Ian Arthurs

Ian Arthurs is an experienced professional in environmental noise, vibration, and air quality monitoring, currently serving as the Director at Stantec since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Director at Hydrock from March 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing acoustics and air quality. Ian's extensive experience also includes various roles at Southdowns Environmental Consultants Ltd from September 2007 to February 2021, culminating as Principal Consultant. Ian Arthurs holds a Master of Science in Applied Acoustics and Noise Control from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Music Systems Engineering from the University of the West of England.
