Manikanta Ladi

Manikanta Ladi is a Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the analysis and design of various structures, particularly in telecommunications and industrial applications. Currently employed at Morrison Hershfield since April 2018, Manikanta specializes in structural analysis of telecommunication towers and has held the role of Senior Project Engineer, overseeing various structural analyses related to rooftop and water tank installations. Previously, at IMEG Corp, Manikanta worked as a Junior Structural Engineer, focusing on the design of healthcare, educational, and government structures in compliance with American codes. Manikanta's career began as a Graduate Apprentice at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, where responsibilities included maintenance of industrial buildings.
