Pavan Kumar Prathivadi Bhayamkaram is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in leading engineering teams. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Staples, Pavan has previously held Software Engineering Lead positions at several notable companies, including Infosys, Essendant, Williams-Sonoma, Inc., and Home Retail Group PLC. Pavan holds an HBX CORe degree in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School, earned in 2017, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computers from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completed in 2007.
