John Fields

John Fields serves as the Head of Finance at StarKist Co. since October 2023, where responsibilities include managing the finance organization, overseeing Financial Planning & Analysis, and handling P&L along with pricing strategy and various financial oversights. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Supply Chain Finance at Tropicana Brands Group from January 2022 to October 2023, leading financial operations for a $3 billion global juice company and ensuring continuity of financial practices during a corporate acquisition. John's career also includes significant experience at PepsiCo, where a promotion led to the direction of supply chain financial reporting and analysis for the juice business unit, managing annual costs of $1.4 billion. John holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance & Accountancy from Bentley University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bryant University.
