George Crosse

George Crosse currently serves as the Head of Employee Relations and Managing Counsel at Starling Bank, a position held since August 2021, after progressing through roles including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel. Additionally, George holds a position as a Training Committee Member with the Employment Lawyers Association since March 2022. Prior experience includes employment law roles at Lewis Silkin and Fox Williams, and associate positions at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. George began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor and previously worked as an Analyst at Intermediate Capital Group and a Graduate Analyst at KPMG. Educational qualifications include an LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham and completion of the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
