Martin Finkeldei began their work experience in 1998 as a Project Manager at Spreizer Engineering. From there, they went on to work as a Operations Engineer at Innodisc AG in 2001. In 2002, Martin transitioned to OERLIKON BALZERS, where they served as a Produktmanager Customer Service until 2007. Finally, they joined Starrag Group in 2007 as the Head of Customer Service.
Martin Finkeldei completed a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Maschinenbau from Universität/ Gesamthochschule Wuppertal in 1998. Additionally, they obtained a REFA Ing. degree in Industrial Engineering from the REFA Group. The exact start year for the REFA Ing. degree is unknown.
