Bilingual National Home Visiting Manager at Start Early

Lynette De Dios, LCSW, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in early childhood mental health and home visiting programs. Currently serving as the Bilingual National Home Visiting Manager at Start Early and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health, Lynette focuses on advancing culturally-responsive professional development for early childhood programs. As the owner of Early Childhood Consulting, Lynette provides high-quality clinical services and consultation tailored to families’ linguistic and cultural needs. Lynette has also held roles as a Bilingual National Trainer for Parents as Teachers National Center and has served on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Association for Infant Mental Health. With a strong clinical background, including previous positions at NorthShore University HealthSystem and Erikson Institute, Lynette combines clinical expertise with leadership in promoting equity and inclusion in early childhood services. Lynette holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from DePaul University and a Master's degree in Social Work from Jane Addams College of Social Work at UIC.
