Nancy D. Prado V. currently serves as the Director of People and Culture for Head Start at Start Early since May 2022. Previously, Nancy held multiple roles at Easterseals serving Chicagoland and Rockford from May 2016 to May 2022, including Bilingual Instructional Coordinator and Lead Education and Inclusion Coach for Early Head Start and Head Start Services. Prior experience includes working as a Student Staff Bilingual Interpreter at Leyden High School District 212 and holding various positions at ABC Children's Center, such as Early Childhood Director and Assistant Director. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Science from National Louis University and graduated with a focus on Early Childhood Education from Triton College, also obtaining an NCLB Approved Paraprofessional Certificate from the Illinois State Board of Education.
