Simone Santiago is an accomplished leader in education policy and strategy implementation with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as the Raising Illinois Director at Start Early, Simone focuses on the strategic management of the state's PN3 Policy Agenda. Previous roles include Director of Strategy Implementation at Start Early, where a system for tracking strategic plan commitments was developed, and Director of Student Matriculation at Noble Network of Charter Schools, where enrollment was significantly increased. Furthermore, Simone has held positions at Chicago Public Schools, Advance Illinois, and New Visions for Public Schools, showcasing a strong background in strategic planning, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. Simone holds an MBA and an MPP from the University of Chicago and a BA in Latin American Studies and Government from Wesleyan University.
