Minesh Trivedi

Minesh Trivedi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at STARTEK since January 2019, Minesh is responsible for the global total rewards strategy and compliance with regulations. Previously, Minesh held leadership roles at Aegis Customer Support Services as Vice President of Human Resources and at Aegis Limited as Associate Vice President HR, focusing on HR processes, audits, and performance management. Additional experience includes managing payroll for AEGIS USA, INC, overseeing HR functions for IT Shared Services at Aegis, and early career roles in accounting and HR at Reliance Contact Center and EMCO Meditek. Minesh holds an MBA in HR from SVKM's NMIMS and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
