Tom O'Reilly

Tom O'Reilly is an experienced professional in project management and finance, currently serving as Vice President and Project Manager for Risk Technology at State Street Bank since April 2011. O'Reilly manages enterprise-wide Risk and Compliance applications, employing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, while overseeing a $89 million program budget and reporting to senior management. In addition, O'Reilly holds the position of Treasurer at Plum Fest Charitable Inc and previously served as Director of Finance for The Ally Foundation, where responsibilities included managing finance functions and coordinating fundraising efforts. O'Reilly has extensive prior experience at Fidelity Investments, working as a Principal Analyst in equity trading and through consulting roles, and at Breakaway Solutions as Operations Manager, with an academic background that includes an MBA from Boston College and a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
