Bryce Fendall has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Bryce started their career in 1997 as an Assistant Vice President at Wilshire Credit Corp, Merrill Lynch, and IBM Seterus, where they focused on REO and liquidation-loss mitigation. In 2012, Bryce joined The National Groups as a Managing Director and held this position until 2014. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Real Estate, REO at Statebridge Company.
Bryce Fendall attended George Fox University from 1980 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
